2023 Community Grants DAF Alignment Form

The Community Grant Applications opened to all eligible Johnson County nonprofits on July 1, 2023 and will close July 31, 2023. Each year, we invite our donor advised fundholders to participate in our grant cycle to align your personal giving goals with our community’s needs. Your support is instrumental in organizational sustainability and capacity building for our local nonprofit programs and structures to continue to serve their constituents in a safe and healthy manner. Please complete this form to indicate the way in which you would like to support our nonprofits through this grant cycle, so we are able to filter appropriate applications to you.
