The Swisher Community Fund was established in 2005 to support charitable efforts that make Swisher stronger, more vibrant, and more connected. Through local generosity and community leadership, the fund provides grants to nonprofit organizations and projects that directly benefit Swisher and its residents.
After several years of dormancy, the fund was reactivated in 2025 with renewed local leadership and a commitment to growing philanthropy and grantmaking in the Swisher community.
Growing a Fund for Swisher’s Future
The Swisher Community Fund is built on a simple idea: local people investing in the community they call home.
Gifts to the fund help build a charitable resource dedicated to Swisher. Through grantmaking, those dollars are put to work supporting organizations, programs, and projects that respond to local needs and create opportunities for residents.
