Overview

The Community Foundation of Johnson County will host two competitive grants cycles this year: the Fall Community Impact Grants and the Spring Capacity Building Grants. The process to award these grants to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits consist of an application from the nonprofit, community review, CFJC Grants Committee review, and CFJC Board of Directors’ approval. The CFJC is looking for community reviewers to evaluate applications for the community review process. The responsibilities of this role are listed below.

Responsibilities

Community Grants Reviewers can apply to be a reviewer for the Fall Community Impact Grant Cycle, the Spring Capacity Building Grant Cycle, or both. Please indicate in your application which cycle(s) work for you. Reviewers will be assigned to a team of reviewers to review and score their assigned applications. The reviewers will be given access to an online grants portal to review applications and provide feedback through an evaluation form.
