Board Leadership Program (BLP) Announces 2025-2026 Cohort
The Board Leadership Program (BLP) is proud to announce the members of its 2025-2026 cohort. The program is a six-month education and training series designed to prepare community members to serve as confident, informed, and effective nonprofit board members.
This year’s Board Leadership Program cohort includes:

The program is a collaborative initiative led by the Community Foundation of Johnson County, Greater Iowa City, Inc., and United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties. Through BLP, participants gain critical knowledge in areas such as nonprofit governance, fundraising, strategic planning, and advocacy—while building relationships with a network of peers and community leaders.
