Celebration of Service: Nonprofit Appreciation Happy Hour
We are honored to work alongside our nonprofit partners as they strengthen and enrich our community every day. Through their dedication, innovation, and service, Johnson County continues to be a place where people can thrive—a community that is a great place to live, give, work, and play.
Their work inspires generosity, creates opportunity, and helps build a brighter future for all.
In celebration of this partnership and in honor of National Nonprofit Appreciation Day—the Community Foundation of Johnson County and Big Grove for Good invite our nonprofit partners to a “Celebration of Service” Nonprofit Appreciation Happy Hour on Wednesday, August 12 from 4 – 6 PM at Big Grove Iowa City. There will be short remarks at 4:30PM. All nonprofit professionals, board members, and volunteers are welcome.
We hope you will join us for an evening of live music from local band The Soft and Low, delicious food, and light refreshments as we say thank you for your commitment to our community.
