PUBLIC SPACE ONE (PS1) is an artist-led, community-driven, contemporary art center. We aim to:
• provide an independent, innovative, diverse, and inclusive space for making and presenting art
• produce unique programs that stretch boundaries and present diverse perspectives
• provide resources for artists and cultural educational opportunities, and
• advocate for the importance of art in everyday life for any and everyone.

RCHC is an affordable housing cooperative dedicated to providing a safe physical and social environment for all members at a cost below that of the Iowa City market average through consensus-based decision-making and shared responsibility to each other and our community.
Riverside Theatre
A great city deserves serious theatre. Theatre that sparks discourse, builds community, delights, inspires, breaks down barriers, and explores the complexities of the human spirit. Riverside Theatre strengthens the cultural fabric of Iowa City through intimate, engaging productions from classics to new works, fostering a deeper appreciation for the dramatic arts.
Rotary – Kerber HeartSafe Campaign
The Rotary-Kerber HeartSafe Community Campaign’s Mission is to increase the survival rate of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) victims in Johnson County by motivating laypersons to intervene effectively using cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and an automated electronic defibrillator (AED).
Solon Area Community Foundation
The Solon Area Community Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building Solon’s future. We are supported 100% by donations. We entertain requests for funding a variety of community projects, with an eye to having a broad impact in the Solon area.
State Historical Society Fund
The State Historical Society of Iowa has been a trustee of Iowa’s historical legacy since 1857. With a dual mission of preservation and education, the society maintains a museum, two research centers and seven historic sites. The society preserves and provides access to Iowa’s historical resources through a variety of statewide programs, exhibitions and projects while serving as an advocate for Iowa’s past and connector to the future.
