The ARC of Southeast Iowa is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Accounting & Finance Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record performing key financial operations as well providing general oversight. The Director of Accounting & Finance is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the organization in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and financial management techniques and practices appropriate in the not-for-profit industry, with the goal of ensuring long-term financial integrity and sustainability for the organization.
