Planning for Success 2024 will guide attendees through tax updates, updates on legislation impacting charitable giving, the transfer of wealth in Iowa, specific considerations for including farms and real estate in trusts, and details about the Corporate Transparency Act and Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act.
