Joscelyn Rowe loves three things: sunshine, splashing joy around, and dogs. As the Director of Donor Engagement and Stewardship at the Quad Cities Community Foundation, she’s paid to do one of those things full-time! Joscelyn earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation in 2020 and lives in Rock Island, IL with her family.
